Why Adetayo wrote this book
Over fifteen years ago, Adetayo Adeniyi walked more than ten kilometers through London, handing out leaflets for eight hours without a single sale. Exhausted and discouraged, he sat on a park bench and made a decision.
“This will not be my story.”

Adetayo Adeniyi is an award-winning cybersecurity, risk, compliance and AI governance leader with nearly two decades of experience, including work with Deloitte and KPMG. He is the Founder of Venzip, an AI-powered GRC platform and Approved PECB Partner.
Having hired and mentored professionals at different stages of their careers, and navigated his own unconventional path into the field, he wrote this book to help others find theirs.
